THIS IS THE LAW WHICH OFFER LEAGAL PROTECTION TO THOSE WHO HELP TO THE ACCIDENT PERSON OR AN INJURED PERSON OR WE CAN SAY THAT AN ILL PERSON.

IT GIVES REASONABLE ASSISTANCE TO THOSE WHO HELP OTHERS IN NEED, IT ACTS AS A SAFE GUARD TO THOSE WHO HELP ANOTHER IN REAL EMERGENCY, IN A LIFE OR DEATH TYPE OF SITUATION.

WHEN SOMEONE IN GREAT EMERGENCY AND NEED HELP, THE HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT DEMANDED THE FORM TO BE FILLED FIRST IF THERE IS POLICE CASE THEN FIRST THEY WILL CLEAR ALL THE GOVT PROCEDURES THEN THEY WILL TREAT THE ILL INJURED PERSON, WHICH IS SO BAD IN THAT TIME THERE MUST BE SO MUCH OF BLEEDING AND THE SITUATION GOES WRONG AND VICTIM MAY BE DEAD DURING ALL THIS FORMALITIES.

IN 2004, RAJIV NARAYAN STEP OUT OF J.N.U. 

AND HE SAW A PERSON CAUGHT BY ROAD ACCIDENT HE HELPED HIM OUT BUT INSTEAD OF SUPPORTING HIM, OTHERS WENT MAD AT HIM LIKE HE WAS THE CULPRIT AND EVERY OTHER PERSON DEMANDING MONEY FROM HIM AND THE POLICE CASE WAS THERE. 

THIS WAS THE SITUATION WHERE NOBODY WANTS ANY IRRELEVANT POLICE CASE OR ANY DIFFICULTY.

ONE HOUR IS VERY CRUCIAL AFTER ACCIDENT:-

THE SOCIETY IS VERY UNHELPFUL THOSE DAYS AND THEY WERE JUST LIKE TO CLICK PICTURES WITH INJURED OR MAKE VIDEOS FOR SOCIAL MEDIAS (FB, INSTA ETC)

 THEY WERE JUST LIKE TO MAKE FUN INSTEAD OF HELPING AND SAVING LIVES.....

THEY ALL AFRAID OF THAT POLICE CASE AND THE QUESTIONS ASKED BY POLICE .

2015 ,AUGUST 25

MY FATHER COMING HOME FROM WORK AND HE HAD THAT HEART ATTACK AND HE DIDN'T REACH HOME AND HE LAID DOWN ON THE ROAD AND NOBODY THERE HELPED HIM, ALL CROWDED HIM AND NOBODY HELPED..... BUT THE THREE STUDENTS OF CLASS 11 GOING COACHING TOOK HIM ON THEIR BIKE BUT THEY DONT KNOW ABOUT THE FIRST AID DURING HEART ATTACK AND THEY RUBBED MY DAD'S BACK WHICH STOPPED HIS BREATHING CAPACITY, (IN HEART ATTACK PLEASE RUB THE CHEST OF PATIENT NOT BACK , LATELY I KNEW IT BY A DOCTOR) .

WHEN THE STUDENTS TOOK HIM TO THE HOSPITAL HE WAS ALIVE BUT AFTER THEY KNEW THAT HE WAS A GOVT EMPLOYEE AND HE WAS ON HIS DUTY DURING THIS ACCIDENT, THEY DECLARE HIM DEAD AND DID AN ONLINE FIR THAT THEY GOT THE DEAD BODY BUT THOSE THREE STUDENTS DENIED THAT HE WAS DEAD WHEN HE WAS TOOK IN THE HOSPITAL , THE HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT TOO GAVE AS BILLS OF HIS TREATMENT BUT .. I LOST MY DAD... AND THIS INCIDENT CHANGED MY LIFE. I WAS IN A GREAT SHOCK I HAD NO IDEA WHAT TO DO NEXT IN MY LIFE WITHOUT HIM THEN THAT WAS THE HARDSHIP TIME FOR ME ( MENTAL TRAUMA, SADNESS, TEARS, LONELINESS ETC. )

2016, KARNATAKA GOVT 

IN MARCH 2016 PASSED A BILL FOR THE GOOD SAMARITAN LAW

 WHICH TELLS THAT after giving first Aid, the Samaritan can immediately leave the hospital after he gave medical attention to the victim.

Karnataka govt financially help the Samaritan too, this will help the financially impaired Samaritan.

I think this law must be implemented by the whole nation👍. 

I LOST MY DAD, my normal life, BEFORE THIS LAW CAME IN EXISTENCE, I don't want anybody to loose their happiness in the ignorance of people during an accident or an imergency. 

Everyone should help others🙂👍 in need.

Honour killing :-

It is important first to consider the concept of honour itself .

The caste issues in our society mainly in the love marriage faces this problems. Not only in 🇮🇳 india but the other countries which are of men driven society facing this social problem .
When I talked about this matter on my working place,  all said a misconception that it is only limited to rural areas.  But,  in actual it can't be isolated to rural areas only.  Even metropolitan like Delhi,  Tamil nadu are not safe from this crime.
Countries where migrants communities found are also facing these type of problems.

Defination:-
It is defined as a death that is awarded to a woman of the family for marrying against the parent's wishes,  having extra marital and pre marital relationships ,marrying within the same gotra or outside one's caste or marrying a cousin from a different caste, so that the family honour could be preserved.
Always girls are blamed in this relationships. Even educated peoples in my surrounding said that this is right for there future generations otherwise there must be possible that they will face problems in the marriages and match making for their offsprings.  They also said that,  inspite of  living in a Democratic country,  if this happens then what religion caste is to be followed by the offsprings of love marriage couples.
"what a shame"!!!!!

Even Theresa mey said that there is no honour in the honour killing. 

 In each and every religion , villages of india there are some of their own rules.  The inter caste ,inter community marriages are considered below their honour. The children born by this are called that they are not of "original breed". 

As a nation we have to follow our Democratic rules,  each and every individual have their rights to marry anyone of their will.  No third party will interfere in it. 

It is treated as murder as section 300 of IPC punishable under section 302. 

In future if live in relationships will legal in our country then the bill of Supreme Court in 2012 headed p. V.  Reddy must be followed to stop this unlawful activities. 

There is no law for honour killing in our country.  But now supreme Court taking it into its consideration. 

Bill defines marriage,  proposed or intended marriage. 

Punishments:-

For unlawful assembly

1. Imprisonment  minimum 6 months and maximum for 1 year. 
2. Fine up to 10k

• Making exhortations that danger liberty

1. Imprisonment 1 to 2 years
2. Fine up to 20k

• Giving threat of killing

1. Imprisonment 1 to 3 years
2. Fine up to 30k

• Giving physical harm or injuries to someone

Imprisonment of 7 years. 

District magistrate is entrusted with the responsibility for the safety of the couple. 

"special cell" must be make for these cases, for safety and protection of the life of any person.

conversion of biomass into electricity is possible using MFCs.

Microbial fuel cell:- 

 A device that uses bacteria to create electrical power by oxidising simple compounds like glucose or organic matter in waste water. the fuel cell works when bacteria attach to the electrode in an anode chamber of a cell that is oxygen free. since the bacteria do not have oxygen, they must transfer their electron somewhere else. 

the cathode however is exposed to oxygen thus, the two electrodes are at different potentials and create a bio- barrier or a "fuel-cell".

1. collect mud from lack/pond or backyard
2. glass vessel/ beaker
3. green wire
4. orange wire
5. globes
6. red L.E.D
7. blue capacitor
8. cell board
9. glass of water
   

method:-

• water pour in soil and make a dough.
• not too much dry
• then take green and red wires and make it to 90 degree angles.
• pour soil in vessel with green wire(anode) then place orange (cathode) wire
• then make sure no mud on it
• then decant excess water
• clean vessel from outside with paper towel, excess mud can be clean.
• orange & green wires insert in the lid hole and place the lid closed.
• orange and green wires join on the battery.
• then assemble all.
  
• now your microbial fuel cell is ready to blink. 
  

MFCs have the property of consuming almost any type of organic waste, and generating energy at the same time and produce little pollution. some MFCs can even produce hydrogen along with electricity, convieniently solving the hydrogen problem as well in a process called electrohydrogenesis.

Drawbacks:- 

1. Accessibility is the only problem that might hamper the development of this technology.
2. initial investment costs for the entire setup for large scale for large scale application are quite high.
3. the aeration and recirculation required in the cathodic compartment consumes a considerable amount of electricity larger than the energy produced .
4. A large amount of sludge is formed during anaerobic conversion which requires additional treatment .
5. Replacing batteries may be impractical,  such as wireless sensor networks. 

Besides it's shortcomings we should work on its usefulness to serve our society from "waste to great".  By giving some of our contribution in regulating the innovative culture beyond the thinking of caste, colour, creed, race, gender etc.
